He was wondering if it was racist to use a colloquialism that you never knew had racist origins after you find out the origin if the phrase seems completely divorced from past usage. (I asked him, “why the fuck would you want to keep using some shit you now know was racist?” -ok, that was a paraphrase as he’s 13, but still…)
Yo, try telling him that one of the greatest joys in life I know of is discovering a new justification for to calling people racist and yelling at them.
